A family that wishes to retreat at St. Mary & St. Moses Abbey can use this form for registration. All family members are asked to follow the Retreat Center Rules and Guidelines. A permission letter is required for every family that would like to take the blessing of staying overnight at the Abbey. Registration will not be complete except if you have a permission letter from your Confessor Father, submitted by fax to (817) 231-0135, in the same day you register online; otherwise, the registration will be denied. Once your Confessor Father submits the permission letter and you fill out the online registration form, you will receive a "Registration Complete" e-mail from the Abbey within three (3) days from your online registration date. If your application is denied, you will be notified through e-mail. The Abbey reserves the right to deny any application without explaining the reasons.
