تحاول أن تريحهـم بأسـلوب يُتعبهم.

الراهب بالحقيقة هو الرجل الذى إستطاع أن يكون مُنعزلاً بجسده مُقيماً فى حياة التأمل والسكون،عاملاً بالروح والجسد، مُتضعاً، باكياً على خطاياه، قاطعاً من نفسه كل ذكريات الشهوة والأفكار المُقلِقة ومُتأملاً فى اللـه وكيف يحيا بإستقامة

The true monk is he who is capable of living in a life of solitude in the flesh, living the life of contemplation and silence, laboring his spirit and body, being modest, weeping for his sins, casting off the remembrance of desires and distressful thoughts, and contemplating on God and living uprightly.
